Solapur, Maharashtra. The expansion project is under implementation.
A group of entrepreneurs approached IFCI Venture under VCF-BC to develop a 4 MW (2 X 2MW) small hydro power project named “Mukkudam Small Hydroelectric Project” at Idduki District, Kerala. The proposed hydro project is based on run-of-the-river scheme to harness the power potential of hill stream called Parathode that joins Muthirapuzha, which is a major stream joining Periyar River by creating a small pondage with a raised concrete gravity weir near Mukkudam Village. The project is also supported by IREDA and is being running successfully since last more than a year.
A group of doctors located in Delhi NCR approached IFCI Venture under VCF-BC to expand their existing clinic by re-construction of the existing building and installing new machines for health check-up and diagnosis to provide all the necessary services to the patients under a roof. The clinic is running successfully for more than 2 years and is servicing the society.
The first investment of Rs.350.00 Lakh was done for expansion of existing business operation of installing servers for providing Managed & Dedicated server hosting and Racks for Colocation Services at Indore and second facility of the financial assistance for establishing a new datacenter at Pithampur by installing Racks for Colocation Services. The data center will be a high-end data center that will utilize cutting edge technology (i.e. new features, processes, software, or techniques) to support AI/ML based operations and other advanced technologies.
The financial assistance sought under VCF-BC is being utilized for setting up a Roller Flour Mill with a processing capacity of 4 Ton of raw material per hour at Shirala (G.C.) Industrial Area, Khed, Dist-Sangli, Maharashtra. The project is under implementation.
Setting up a Health care and Fitness Center under the brand name “Anytime Fitness” with a carpet / member ratio of 900 members. During peak operating hours, the gym can accommodate approximately 100 members concurrently. Anytime Fitness Gym shall be accessible for 24 hours and the average time spent by a member shall be 1 hour. The center will offer a wide range of services to the members, aimed at enhancing their physical well-being and improving their overall appearance through exercise. The project is being established at Amritsar, Punjab and is under implementation.
Expansion of its existing business activities by setting up a new & automated manufacturing unit of 8.5 Metric Tons / Day (MTPD) capacity of MS & SS Pipes & Tubes (i.e. 1/2” to 18”), Cable tray & hardware products (such as Pipe Nozzle, Double Side Bolts, etc) at Kasna, Greater Noida. The new facility is proposed to be established at the land size of 800 sq. Meter, which is adjacent to the existing facility.
The company was already operating a forging unit for manufacturing of forge and metal components for various industries like automobile, defence, valves for pipes, agri, etc. The company approached IFCI Venture under VCF-BC for expansion of the existing Forging and Machining unit with installed capacity of 313 Kgs per hour to 438 Kgs per hour. The company is also adding its owned forging unit of heavy weight Components with installed capacity of 438 Kgs per hour which is currently forged by the other local manufacturers on job work basis. All these units are being pooled in a land at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu and is under implementation.
The company has a vide experience of manufacturing Honey processing Unit, going forward the company approached IFCI Venture under VCF-BC to set up an integrated value chain development project for Fruits & Vegetables using Individual Quick Freezing (IQF) technology under the scheme for “Value addition and Cold Chain Infrastructure” under Uttar Pradesh Food Processing Industry Policy 2023. The plant shall have the capacity for Pre-Freezing Line for IQF for Green Pea: 5 MT/Hr, Pre-Freezing Line for IQF for Other Vegetables:5 MT/Hr, Individual Quick Freezer: 5 MT/hr, Refrigeration System for IQF: 5 MT/Hr, Frozen Cold Store Refrigeration: 4000 MT, Blast Freezer: 5 MT/batch and Weighing & Packing Line for Frozen F&V: 1 MT/hr. The project is almost under completion and shall undertake operations soon.
